During the wedding toasts, there was one toast in particular that really stuck with us…it was Ross toasting his new bride.  He recalled the first time they met 15 years ago which to him feels like yesterday.  He recalled their first kiss at the lockers just after school finished.  He recalled their time apart and how it made them appreciate each other that much more.  And when he spoke of Lara, he said she was one of the kindest, most gentle people on earth, and he was so proud to call her his wife.  Lara & Ross’s wedding was the kind of day that reminds us exactly why we love what we do so very much.  They came all the way from the UK to be married in one of their favorite vacation spots, the incredible St Pete Beach.  It was such an amazing honor to witness a couple that is not only incredibly in love but also the very best of friends.  It was also amazing to be around their family who had traveled so far to share this special day with them…a wonderful group of people who have such gratitude for each other and true zest for life.  Besides being generally awesome and sweet and wonderful people, Lara & Ross also stole our hearts since they were all about setting time aside to take some really fun photos on their wedding day.  One of the things they knew they absolutely had to have on their wedding day was sunset photos.  So when it started raining…actually pouring buckets…about two hours before sunset, we could just see Lara’s face drop.  She had traveled so many miles to be married on the beach and then take her sunset photos, and it was pouring.  We kept our fingers crossed that the storm would give way to one of those epic post-storm sunsets, where all sorts of colors dance between every cloud in the sky.  And lo and behold…it did.  It was one of the most incredible sunsets we had ever seen, and it seemed to come along just for Lara & Ross and all of their guests.  And as if the entire day and beautiful sunset weren’t enough, Lara & Ross decided to get into the water just as the sun crossed the horizon….how could we say no to that?? :-)
