Yes we realize this is an enormous blog post…we just loved this wedding and couldn’t resist blogging a ton of photos!!  Julie and Weston are one of our favorite couples…sweet, genuine, and full of life.  They seem to balance each other so well what with her grace and his spontaneity.  We got to play in the gorgeous streets of downtown St Augustine and then move on to the beautiful White Room for their stunning wedding brimming with pink and blue details, seersucker, and pure joy.

Yes those are her real eyelashes….and yes….be jealous :-)

Their amazing first look:

Mr. Tough guy :-)

Arrghhh! Shiver me timbers!  Ye ne’er know who be strollin the streets lookin for a lass…

Weston & his dad were joking about how they all looked like Southern lawyers in their seersucker suits.  This crew is serving up sweet tea and subpoenas…

Weston I wouldn’t start with her if I was you…oh wait…too late…

We had so much fun with Jennifer & Ed at their University of Tampa engagement session.  They are such a sweet and down to earth couple and have such a quiet grace about them that instantly drew us in.  They were so playful and made each other laugh the whole time and we cannot wait for their wedding next month!!!

Deb and Tim have a really special kind of relationship…full of wild eyed innocence and profound understanding all at the same time.  They radiate this amazing kind of gratitude that makes you realize they are just so thankful to have found each other…a true romantic fairy tale.  We cannot wait to capture their special day next month!

There is just something about downtown Savannah.  Well not just one thing…probably lots of things.  There seems to be something in the air.  Maybe it’s all of the history or the ivy climbing the rich textured weathered walls or the mammoth oaks dressed with Spanish moss or the immense character of every back street…..hmmmm well it’s safe to say that we just plain old love Savannah.  Jess and Sean chose the most romantic city we have ever seen as the backdrop for the day they promised to love each other forever.  We couldn’t have imagined it any other way.  Jess & Sean ooze romance and joy and grace and character and it seems as though Savannah was built hundreds of years ago just for them…

This amazing dessert display was filled with yummy treats courtesy of Sean’s mom….and those cheesecake shooters were amazingly delicious!

It is so ridiculously insane that we get to have this much fun while we are working.  Ybor City is one of our absolute favorite spots for engagement sessions what with the amazing brick, interesting alleyways, and all of the randomness and destruction that we stumble upon while walking around.  This session was no exception.  Bethany and Brandon were such an amazing couple to work with because they are just so much fun to be around and they were down for anything…even climbing a very old, very rusted staircase that slightly terrified Bethany!!  Plus Brandon loves to skateboard and brought along his skateboard for some really fun photos.  Oh and this session ended with a shower of champagne…AMAZING…just sayin’ ;-)
